About Us
Education Justice Requires Infrastructure
Public education does not lack civil rights law. It lacks enforcement architecture that makes protection predictable. One Nation of Educators (ONE) is building the infrastructure.
OUR MISSION
To protect educators and students by exposing discrimination and system failures in public education — and to turn verified evidence into reforms that actually stick.
OUR VISION
A school system where safety is non-negotiable, every student receives the support and protection they need to succeed, and no one has to choose between speaking the truth and keeping their job.
What's Broken
01
Hate and bias in public schools are rising; incident reports lag or get sanitized.
02
Complex identities, including Jewish identity, are invisible in data.
03
Unions, districts, politicians, and the media often protect institutions before people.
04
Educators and families who speak up face isolation, retaliation, and escalating harm.
05
Discrimination, retaliation, and disability related complaints take 2-3 years to resolve.
06
Public-school curriculum often misrepresents history and identity of marginalized and religious communities, fueling rising hate while incidents go underreported or sanitized.
Educator-Led, System-Focused
ONE was created by public-school educators who refused to accept that silence or inequity are the price of doing the job. Our work started with Jewish teachers facing hostile climates and quickly revealed a bigger pattern: when systems fail one community, they’re failing many others.
Advocacy
Organizing, policy work, and union accountability so systems can’t ignore documented harm.
Research & Training
The ONE Institute turns classroom realities into clear guidance, tools, and training.
Technology
The One School Advocate platform lets educators and parents document incidents securely and turns those reports into anonymized, verified data.
